Motion has stopped working have contacted and no reply specially at the price been used handful time music still plays but the motion does not work at all goes for 10 seconds and cuts out I’ve contact them direct no reply surly you should be refunded as I’ve said it’s not cheap!!! Hopefully here back or Amazon will be contacted to sort the issue.

I’ve been looking for a swing chair for our baby for a while. I’m so glad we finally got this one. Lots of different settings and also reclining options so newborn can use it. Baby loves it and fell to sleep the first time in the chair.

I missed the return window as I had it in storage waiting for my baby to arrive. As soon as I took it out and put it together, all the motion settings did not work at all, the only thing that did work was the music. Completely faulty and for the price of it, I was extremely disappointed and had to go purchase another one from somewhere else.

I’m very pleased with this Babymoov Swoon Hoop baby swing chair. It’s quick and easy (roughly 15 minutes) to unpack and assemble (screwdriver supplied). It connects to a power supply via a USB cable (supplied). A plug isn’t supplied — for the price, I would’ve expected a plug, so you either need a USB plug, an extension lead with a USB slot, or a USB plug socket. The swing chair is well made, with no rough or sharp edges. The seat liner is super soft, as is the removable headrest/pillow. It’s modern, stylish, aesthetically pleasing, and should fit in with any style of decor. It’s lightweight enough to move around and not cumbersome, with the hoop base being a similar size to other brands. It’s easy to use, and the controls on both the base and remote control are easy to navigate. The remote is particularly useful, especially if you’ve had a C-section and are trying to keep movement/bending to a minimum. The well-padded harness clips in smoothly and securely and adjusts easily to your baby's size. The lullabies/sounds are a great feature, and when the sounds are off, the movement of the swing isn’t noisy. My two-week-old granddaughter settled in straight away, so she obviously finds the soft motion of the swing and the sounds soothing. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, without a doubt. At £159.99 (at the time of writing my review), it’s not the cheapest, but it is excellent quality (and it would make a wonderful gift). My only slight niggle is not having a USB plug supplied. Seems all customers who received the product free to trial have had no problems at all, the product is faulty and trips a second after pressing the power button. Same problems as only verified purchaser on the reviews. Complete faulty batch shocked this is still on sale and not recalled or discontinued. Had 3 replacements and each as faulty as the other

Right out of the box this looks like a quality item, I love the colours and the aesthetic. I know its seen as a bit sad to keep everything neutral for babies but I love how the colours fit in with my other furniture and no huge great plastic toys attached. It was easy to assemble and it came with the right size screwdriver which is always a bonus. It plus in easily to a USB slot, our extension tower luckily has these or Id have been looking around for a plug. Just make sure you position the chair somewhere facing where you will be walking and the cord behind otherwise a bit of a tripping hazard. The lullabies are lovely and soothing, they make me feel sleepy! I love the remote control as it offers a bit of freedom so you don't have to stomp up to a sleeping baby to change things. I love it, its worth every penny of £159.99 especially if you have the space to store it and use with more babies if you're planning to have more.
